Refund Policy 

At Obsessive Cookie Disorder Company, we use only the finest, premium ingredients. We stand by our guarantee: Baked fresh and made-to-order. If you did not receive the correct item that you ordered or it was defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Monday- Friday at ocdcookieco@gmail.com

We are very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned.  Please be sure to double check the items in your cart prior to checkout.  All perishable items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once you have contacted OCD Cookie Co., and your return is approved and inspected (photo), we will send you an email to notify of further steps. We will also notify you on the status of your refund, if applicable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace non-perishable items if they are defective or damaged. We do not issue refunds or exchanges on unwanted flavor selections. Please send us an email at ocdcookieco@gmail.com and upon approval, we will contact you with further instructions.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ocdcookieco@gmail.com
